Wendy Gladstone-Brown began her teaching career at Rush-Henrietta Central School District at Leary Elementary School in Rush, New York. During her twelve years there she developed strong relationships with faculty, staff, students and parents. Wendy loved being a teacher of young children and has always enjoyed sharing the best practices she learned. She gained experience as a teacher of literacy and researcher in the area of Multiage Instruction and assumed leadership roles within her school and district. This led her to further her education by enrolling in Brockport’s Educational Administration Program and completing the Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration. She worked as an Assistant Principal and Principal for the Webster Central School District where she earned her permanent certification as a School District Administrator and School Administrator and Supervisor. She joined the faculty of St. John Fisher as an adjunct in January of 2004. This year she joins us full-time in the Childhood Department for the School of Education.
