     Susan Hildenbrand first came to the School of Education in 2003 as an adjunct professor in the Childhood Literacy Department.  She continued as an adjunct for two years teaching both Graduate and Undergraduate courses as well as supervising teacher candidates.  Susan joined the School of Education faculty as a full-time member of the Special Education Department in the Fall of 2005 expanding her teaching areas to Undergraduate Special Education courses.  In addition, she is participating in the Professional Development Schools initiative teaching a primary literacy course at #16 School in the Rochester City Schools.  Susan brings with her ten years of classroom teaching experience in both general and special education including teaching in inclusive classrooms.
