I am a health psychologist and applied statistician, with research interests in obesity, weight control, eating behavior, depression, and pain. I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics and quantitative methods, health psychology, and research methods/laboratory courses in psychology. I enjoy learning and using quantitative research methods in research and to address practical problems and, toward that end, do statistical consulting in the community. As Director of the Statistics program I oversee the undergraduate major in Statistics.
